The MINGyuan SILU INDUSTRY was established on April 21, 2016. It is located in Zone a of Jizak Industrial Park in the Republic of Uzbekistan, covering an area of 30 hectares.
MINGyuan SILU INDUSTRY is a wholly Chinese-funded enterprise invested by Mingyuan Silk Road (Tianjin) Industrial Co., Ltd. Now it has two production lines of flat rolled glass and flat float glass, production workshop, auxiliary workshop, warehouse, office building, dormitory building, canteen and other buildings, covering an area of 65000 square meters. The
MING yuan SILU INDUSTRY has taken root in Uzbekistan for more than seven years. What it has is not only the considerable profitability of a project, but also the mature operation and management experience, smooth supply and marketing channels, flexible market balance, strong anti-risk ability and solid social relations. The operation of the project has directly or indirectly brought thousands of jobs to the local area, promoted social stability and promoted the development of related industries in the region, including minerals, materials, energy, machine repair, logistics and transportation, service industries, etc., which has stimulated the national economic development and created huge social benefits.
At the same time, the glass products produced by Mingyuan Silk Road Glass Factory are sold domestically in 13 States of Uzbekistan and exported to countries in the Middle East, Central Asia, Eastern Europe and Europe. The glass project not only promotes the economic development of Central Asian countries and Middle East countries, but also fills the gap of high-grade LOW-E coated glass, automobile glass, painted glass, ultra-thin glass and other glass products in Ukraine.
Hebei Fangji Industrial Development Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary established by COSCO Group, which is the production base of flat glass production line equipment established by COSCO Group relying on its glass technology; COSCO Group has also invested in electronic ultra-thin glass production line in Tengzhou, Shandong Province, and has gradually entered the field of robot production. At the same time, COSCO Group has a nationwide and international operation network, customer service and sales network covering the whole country, and its products are exported to the whole world, which is widely praised by customers at home and abroad. Since the establishment of
the company 20 years ago, COSCO Group has completed dozens of glass production lines, and has successively built flat glass production lines in China, India, Pakistan, Russia, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, Nigeria and other countries, and has accumulated rich experience in project construction. The foundation of the flat glass project of the
MINGyuan SILU INDUSTRY was laid in December 2016, the first phase of the rolling line was completed and put into production in January 2018, and the second phase of the small float line was put into production in August 2019; The civil construction of the third phase of the float line with a daily output of 500 tons has been started at the end of 2022. The signing ceremony of the equipment production was completed today. The equipment was completed and shipped in October this year. It is expected to be put into operation in mid-June 2024.
For this project cooperation, with the participation of COSCO Group, a leader in the industry, Mingyuan Silk Road and COSCO Group can be said to be strong and harmonious. The two sides reached in-depth strategic cooperation on the future 500 tons float glass project of Mingyuan Silk Road Uzbekistan.
In the future, the two sides will actively promote the progress of the project based on good mutual trust, realize resource sharing and complementary advantages, and jointly build a model of glass industry in "the Belt and Road" going out enterprises. Mingyuan Silk Road will set up its own glass industrial park base in Uzbekistan, which will surely become a benchmark enterprise in the development of Central Asian enterprises in Uzbekistan and a bridge for the economic development of the glass industry in Central Asia and European countries.
