In the central control room of Taiwan Cement (Yingde) Cement Co., Ltd., the staff are controlling the process parameters and operation of the whole production process in front of the screen. The C production line displayed on the screen is a cement clinker production line after "energy-saving technical transformation of grate cooler", which can improve the cooling effect of clinker and reduce energy consumption. It is estimated that the annual coal consumption will be reduced by 2790 tons . At the same time, it can reduce the failure rate and ensure the normal and stable operation of the kiln and grinding system.
In addition, TCC has also carried out "SCR denitrification technology transformation" for kiln tail flue gas of four cement clinker production lines, which can meet the requirements of nitrogen oxide emission ≤ 50 mg/Nm ³ (mg/m3) and ammonia escape concentration ≤ 5 mg/Nm ³ (mg/m3). It is estimated that the annual emission reduction of nitrogen oxides will be about 2160 tons, so as to achieve the organic unity of environmental protection and energy saving. At present, three of them have been completed, and the remaining one will be completed by 2023.
"In recent years, we have completed the transformation of ultra-low emission of pollutants such as dust, desulfurization and denitrification, laying a foundation for stable development in the next 5-10 years." In 2022, Taiwan Cement (Yingde) Cement Co., Ltd. produced 6.21 million tons of clinker, 6.88 million tons of cement, 2.97 billion yuan of industrial output, 2.2 billion yuan of sales revenue and 253 million yuan of total tax payment.
