Recently, in order to implement the deployment of power demand side management in the industrial field, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has carried out a nationwide evaluation of the effect of the first five batches of demonstration enterprises (parks) and the first three batches of reference products (technologies) in the industrial field. After preliminary examination by
local industry and information authorities, expert review organized by China Electric Power Enterprise Federation and review by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 11 demonstration enterprises, 1 demonstration park and 12 reference products (technologies) are proposed to be included in the typical cases of power demand side management in the national industrial field.
Among them, Zanhuang Jinyu Cement Co., Ltd. was selected as the list of typical case demonstration enterprises of power demand side management in the national industrial field. According to the
data, "through the long-term demand side management work, the comprehensive power consumption of cement has been declining every year, which has been reduced to 69.2 degrees/ton in 2022.". The comparable comprehensive coal consumption of clinker is 96.9 kg standard coal/ton, the comparable comprehensive power consumption of clinker is 52.2 kWh/ton, the comparable comprehensive energy consumption of clinker is 103.34 kg standard coal/ton, the comparable comprehensive power consumption of cement is 66.5 kWh/ton, and the comparable comprehensive energy consumption of cement is 76.1 kg standard coal/ton. All of them are superior to the requirements of Energy Consumption Limit for Cement Unit Products (GB16780-2012) and reach the advanced level of the domestic industry. In
the above, what is the concept of 103.34 kg standard coal/ton of comparable clinker comprehensive energy consumption? According to the Benchmarking Level and Benchmark Level of Energy Efficiency in Key Industrial Areas (2023 Edition), the benchmark level of comprehensive energy consumption per unit product of cement clinker is 100 kg standard coal/ton, and the benchmark level is 117 kg standard coal/ton. It can be seen that the comprehensive energy consumption of Zanhuang BBMG clinker is still lower than benchmark level, only reaching the benchmark level.
At present, GB16780-2021 Standard of Energy Consumption Limit for Cement Unit Products has been implemented. According to this standard, the energy consumption limit is divided into three levels. Level 1 is the lowest energy consumption. At present, Zanhuang Jinyu Cement has not reached Grade 1 and is only better than Grade 2. Therefore, it is not appropriate to apply the 2012 version of the standard. It may be a bit overrated to
praise Huangjinyu for "reaching the advanced level of the domestic industry".
