2. Project overview and bidding scope

2.1 Lithium iron phosphate energy storage system

2.1.1 Bidding scope Procurement of lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system, total capacity 4. Among them, lithium iron phosphate battery energy storage system (nominal capacity of battery monomer ≥ 280 Ah (except 1 C system)). The whole body of the energy storage system (including battery) is guaranteed for 5 years. Within the validity period of the bid, the tenderee does not guarantee 100% use of the above capacity. If the capacity is used up, the tenderee can continue to organize the procurement of the required model.

(2) If a bidder participates in a bid lot of a certain multiplier, The bidding documents of all bid sections under this multiplier shall be purchased and tendered at the same time, and the tender offer (total tender price and itemized offer) and tender scheme shall be the same. For example, if you participate in the 0.25 C bid section, you must purchase 0 at the same time.

4) The core equipment (battery monomer, battery module, battery cluster, BMS, EMS, PCS) of the Bidder's integrated system shall be provided with type test reports or inspection reports (including test items and results) issued by CMA and CNAS qualified institutions that meet the requirements of national standards. 2.2

Flow battery energy storage system

2.2. The nominal power of the flow battery energy storage system (battery monomer) is ≥ 45kW, and the overall warranty period of the energy storage system (including battery) is 5 years. Within the validity period of the bid, the tenderee does not guarantee 100% use of the above capacity. If the capacity is used up, the tenderee can continue to organize the procurement of the required model.

(2) The bidder shall purchase the flow battery at the same time The bidding documents of the four bid sections shall be submitted at the same time, and the bidding quotation (total bidding price and itemized quotation) and the bidding scheme shall be the same, otherwise they shall be treated as invalid bidders.

(3) After the letter of acceptance is issued, the successful bidder shall sign the agreement on the entry of the electric energy e-purchase mall, register the fusion cloud chain, and sell the equipment within the scope of bidding in the electric energy e-purchase enterprise mall of the State Power Investment Corporation. 2.2.2 Qualification requirements
