Starting Price of 5.94 Billion yuan, Lianyungang, Jiangsu, Listed for Sale of Mining Rights of a Granite Mine for Construction

On June 14, the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Ganyu District of Lianyungang City and the Public Resources Trading Center of Ganyu District of Lianyungang City jointly issued a public announcement, listing for the transfer of the mining rights of granite mines for construction in Hexi-Yinshan Mining Area (centralized mining area) of Ganyu District of Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, for 28 years, with a starting price of 5.94 billion yuan. The range of price increase is RMB 10 million yuan or its integral multiples. The mining area of the

project is 0.9578 square kilometers, and the resource reserves are 26993 2000 tons.

, 2023 This transfer is only for mining rights. It does not include the right to use the land, the attachments on the ground and other real rights. What the bidder wins is the right to exploit mineral resources and obtain mineral products within the prescribed scope and time limit. Other ownership and other ground attachments involved within the scope of transfer and the safe distance of mining, as well as land use and forest use, shall be coordinated and settled by the government of Lizhuang Town, and the related expenses shall be borne by the bidder.

Hexi-Yinshan mining area (centralized mining area) must be planned, designed and managed in strict accordance with the National Code for Green Mine Construction in Sand and Gravel Industry and the Guidelines for Green Mine Construction in Jiangsu Province (Revised in 2020), so as to build a green mine and an intensive and harmonious mining area. Domestic advanced mining technology and equipment shall be used for mining. Before production, a complete and systematic environmental protection system such as dust provention and control, noise and water recycling treatment shall be established and approved by the ecological department. Before production, a complete safety production responsibility system such as safety provention and control, early warning, monitoring and emergency rescue shall be established and approved by the emergency department. The policy expenses for the preliminary preparation of the

mining right, such as the exploration report, the preparation of the mine development and utilization plan, and the evaluation report of the income from the transfer of the mining right, totaling 5.196 million yuan, shall be borne by the bidder. The mining right shall be terminated after the exploitation of the

transferred recoverable resource reserves is completed. If the mining right is not set up after the termination of the mining right, the mining right holder shall demolish the mining right holder's assets such as ground buildings, structures, machinery and equipment in the mining area within three months after the termination, and the transferor shall not compensate. Before the expiration of the validity period of the mining right, if the mine needs to be closed in advance due to the social and public interests, only the proceeds from the transfer of the mining right corresponding to the remaining reserves shall be returned. If it is not removed by itself, the Transferor has the right to dispose of it. The time of online trading activities such as

bidding application time, deadline for confirmation of bidding qualification and listing time shall be based on the time of the operating system of the database server of the online trading system.
