Optimize the raw material structure and improve the low-carbon formula; carry out the research on the glass melting mechanism and process technology; develop the software for computer simulation of the thermal system of the furnace; research and develop the glass material formula with improved product quality, improved performance, easy melting, energy saving and environmental protection; Design, development and technical application of energy-saving and environment-friendly glass furnaces (including full electric melting, electric boosting, oxy-fuel combustion technology, and low nitrogen combustion technology with NOx concentration of 1000mg/m3); DCS energy-saving automatic control technology for glass furnaces; manufacturing process technology for lightweight glass bottles and cans (lightweight degree W1.0); Development and application of production and manufacturing technology of neutral 5.0 medicinal borosilicate glass; development and application of production and manufacturing technology of glass-ceramic products.

Accelerate the R & D and application of energy-saving and environment-friendly glass furnaces such as full electric melting, electric boosting and oxy-fuel combustion technologies, promote the development and application of key equipment for lightweight glass bottles and cans (lightweight degree W1.0), and develop glass forming equipment with reliable overall performance, stable operation, high control precision, high machine speed and multiple stations; Equipment for product post-processing and deep processing (multicolor screen printing, spraying, laser blasting, toughening, etc.); equipment for environmental management, pollutant emission reduction, and comprehensive utilization of waste (broken) glass. Develop intelligent management software for flue gas treatment facilities to realize real-time monitoring, emission concentration detection, parameter alarm, intelligent analysis and other functions to ensure the stable operation of green production.

4. Adjust the industrial structure and promote the high-quality development of the industry. . Optimize product performance, promote traditional industries to high-end, gradually eliminate excess capacity, accelerate the elimination of backward production methods, promote the coordinated development of large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises, further optimize the layout of daily glass industry, improve product quality, and improve the level of effective supply. Increase the proportion of lightweight glass bottles (WLO) in glass packaging containers, and by 2030, its output will reach more than 50% of the total output of glass bottles and cans; We will further develop high value-added products such as neutral borosilicate medical glass, high borosilicate glassware, high-grade glassware, high-grade glass tableware, crystal glass ornaments, glass handicraft works, and glass-ceramic products; we will restrict the construction of new production lines for glass thermos liners and glass bottles and cans with an annual capacity of 30,000 tons or less.
