of June 15, Longji's annual output of 100g W monocrystalline silicon wafers and 50g W monocrystalline batteries project base started construction in Jinghe New Town, Xixian New District, Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. The total investment of the

project is about 45.2 billion yuan , which is the photovoltaic production base with the largest scale, the highest capacity and the most advanced technology in the world.

It is reported that the project is located north of Jingyong Road, west of Tea Horse Avenue and south of Origin Avenue in Jinghe New Town, Xixian New Area, covering an area of 3081 mu, with a total investment of about 45.2 billion yuan. After completion, it will become Longji's photovoltaic production base with the largest scale, the highest capacity and the most advanced technology in the world.

At the same time, the project will promote employment of 15,000 people; the monocrystalline battery with an annual output of 50GW can generate about 133 billion degrees of electricity annually, reduce the consumption of 48 million tons of standard coal, and further reduce 103 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions, which is equivalent to an increase of 4.22 million mu of afforestation, contributing to the acceleration of the realization of the national "double carbon" strategic objectives. In January

2021, Longji and Xixian New Area signed a cooperation agreement for the first time. Through the joint efforts of both local enterprises, the Longji Central Research Institute project was completed and put into operation in July 2022, and the Longji 29 GW monocrystalline battery project was completed and put into operation in September 2022. The cooperation between the two sides has achieved fruitful results.
