On February 16, the judge of the People's Court of Pingshan County made a special trip to Chengdu to coordinate the handling of the construction project dispute case. The execution of the case was completed on the spot, and the other two cases were fulfilled, which achieved satisfactory results for all the parties involved in the three cases. In April
2021, a company in Sichuan subcontracted the factory building and ground engineering of a textile enterprise in Pingshan to a company in Shaanxi, and a company in Shaanxi subcontracted part of the project to Xu. During the construction of the project, a company in Shaanxi purchased concrete from a commercial mixing company in Pingshan, which was completed and put into use in June of the same year. In June 2022, after a company in Sichuan signed a project settlement and payment agreement with a company in Shaanxi, a company in Sichuan did not pay according to the payment agreement after paying part of the money. In December 2022, a company in Shaanxi applied to Pingshan Court for pre-litigation preservation, and Pingshan Court froze the account funds of a company in Sichuan. During this period, Xu filed a lawsuit with the court because a company in Shaanxi did not pay Xu for the project.
On February 15, the Pingshan Court mediated a dispute over a construction subcontract between Xu, a company in Shaanxi and a company in Sichuan. A company in Sichuan paid 3.08 million yuan to a company in Shaanxi before February 17, of which 2.1 million yuan was paid to a commercial mixed company in Pingshan on behalf of a company in Shaanxi, and 210,000 yuan was paid to Xu before February 22. Previously, a commercial mixed company in Pingshan applied for the execution of a contract dispute between a company in Shaanxi Province, and the Fushun County People's Court submitted a notice of assistance in execution to the Pingshan Court, requesting assistance in freezing the funds of a company in Sichuan. After the
case reached an agreement, a company in Sichuan needed to lift the freeze before it could pay the case, but the plaintiff was worried that a company in Sichuan would not perform after the court lifted the freeze, and a company in Sichuan did not agree to take the deduction method, fearing that it would affect the company's reputation, both sides asked the judge to be present to witness.
On February 16, the judge of Pingshan Court made a special trip to the location of a company in Sichuan, Chengdu, to contact the executive command center and coordinate the parties. After the freeze was lifted, all the funds between the parties were automatically fulfilled, and the case was satisfactorily resolved.
