此次已经是该项目第三次拍卖，第三次起拍价比首次起拍价降低了1273.91万元。
据了解，康定跑马山水泥有限责任公司位于四川省甘孜藏族自治州康定市，拥有一条2500t/d熟料生产线。尧柏特种水泥集团有限公司持股55%，为公司大股东。
