This is the third auction of the project, and the third starting price is 12.7391 million yuan lower than first starting price.
It is understood that Kangding Paomashan Cement Co., Ltd. is located in Kangding City, Ganzi Xizangan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, with a 2500t/d clinker production line. Yaobai Special Cement Group Co., Ltd. holds 55% of the shares and is the major shareholder of the company.
