On September 26, Wuxi Suntech Solar Power Co., Ltd. was listed as the executed person by Nanchang Intermediate People's Court, with an execution target of 511 million yuan. Founded by Shi Zhengrong in 2001, Wuxi Suntech Solar is one of the earliest photovoltaic enterprises in China, focusing on the R & D and production of solar cells and modules. It was listed in New York in 2005. In 2013, due to the severe impact of the "double reverse" policy in Europe and the United States, the company went bankrupt and reorganized, and Shi Zhengrong withdrew. In 2014, it became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Shunfeng Photovoltaic Technology Co., Ltd. In the first half of 2023, the company's component shipments ranked 10th in the country.
