"One Code Tube Sand" system is a digital supervision application which uses AI intelligent algorithm analysis and GIS map to integrate the city's sand and gravel resources project management, enterprise monitoring, vehicle trajectory data to form a closed-loop information network. By means of electronic fence, vehicle positioning and trajectory monitoring, illegal activities such as illegal outward transportation of resources and wanton dumping of silt that may exist in the process of sand and gravel mining and transportation are monitored, and data barriers in the three links of production, circulation and supervision are comprehensively broken through, so as to effectively reduce the workload of data filling in each link, improve the accuracy of data and achieve accuracy. It fundamentally solves the problems of inconvenient carrying and easy loss of paper "five forms" and cumbersome writing statistics.
At present, the "one-yard pipe sand" system has taken the lead in carrying out pilot projects in Jinting Town, Huangze Town and Xianyan Town. In the next stage, Chenzhou will gradually optimize, upgrade and promote the system according to the pilot operation of the "one-yard pipe sand" system, and synchronously integrate advanced digital monitoring means such as video surveillance, automatic vehicle identification and on-board GPS tracking, so as to truly realize the "one-stop" supervision of sand and gravel resources in the whole city, and strive to build a "digital intelligence" management of sand and gravel resources.
