Recently, the Shaoxing Construction Bureau, in conjunction with the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, carried out a special quality inspection on 20 concrete production enterprises in the city.
This inspection focused on the qualification of commercial concrete enterprises, quality assurance system, laboratory management, raw materials and product quality control, finished blocks and other contents. At the same time, 84 groups of raw materials were extracted on the spot, and 220 groups of concrete test blocks were produced for testing.
According to the results of on-site inspection and raw material sampling, the enterprises with more prominent quality management problems will be notified and aired:
1. Five enterprises whose personnel qualifications do not meet the "Qualification Standards for Construction Enterprises" will be ordered to make corrections within a time limit.
Second, the laboratory management of four enterprises is not in place, and the quality management problems are more prominent, so it is decided to report and criticize them.
3. One enterprise's factory certificate project does not meet the requirements of Zhejiang Provincial Rules for Quality Supervision, Spot Inspection and Evaluation of Ready-mixed Concrete Products, and issues a notice ordering rectification within a time limit.
Fourth, seven enterprises have unqualified sampling of raw materials such as sand and stone, requiring the local construction authorities to extract the projects supplied by the above-mentioned enterprises, carry out physical strength testing and strengthen quality supervision.
Fifth, one enterprise was criticized by the municipal construction authorities in the second half of 2022. In this inspection, it was found that there were still outstanding problems in product quality control and management, and it was decided to list it as a cautious ready-mixed concrete enterprise in the city.
