Yingli Co., Ltd.: planned to purchase PV module production line products for 72.8 million yuan

Recently, Yingli issued an equipment procurement announcement, and Anhui Feimi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, signed the Product Procurement Contract with Jiangsu Hongruida New Energy Equipment Co., Ltd. and Suzhou Shengcheng Photovoltaic Equipment Co., Ltd.

Anhui Feimi will purchase from Jiangsu Hongruida fully automated assembly line for the HORAD PV crystalline silicon module workshop, with a total contract value of RMB43.8 million; Purchase a set of PV module automation line from Suzhou Shengcheng, with a total contract amount of RMB29 million; the two contracts involve a total amount of RMB72.8 million.

The company said that the signing of "Purchase Contract 1" and "Purchase Contract 2" respectively is conducive to promoting the implementation of the company's photovoltaic business, further enhancing the company's production scale and market competitiveness, so as to better meet the market demand for the company's products, enhance the company's overall strength and enhance the company's profitability.
