On October 8, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region issued the Announcement on the List of Restricted and Eliminated Cement Grinding Production Lines in the Region.

According to the Catalogue for the Guidance of Industrial Structure Adjustment (2019 edition) (Decree No.29 of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China), on the basis of verification by the League cities and expert review organized by the Cement Association of the Autonomous Region, On April 19, 2023, our office began to publicize for 15 working days. During the publicity period, Chifeng City, Tongliao City, Ordos City and Bayannaoer City raised objections to the equipment of some enterprises, and the on-site review was as follows:
I. Five enterprises including Chifeng Huasen Cement Grinding Co., Ltd., which were to be removed from the restricted list, were publicized. No objections were received during the publicity period, and they were removed from the restricted list.
II. The front end of the mill of Xintianshan Cement Group Co., Ltd. in Arukhorqin Banner is connected in series with a Φ2.6 × 9 m ball mill, and the front end of the mill of Huanggang Cement Grinding Co., Ltd. in Keshiketeng Banner is connected in series with a Φ2.4 × 8 m ball mill as the pre-grinding system. Chifeng Dongxu Slag Powder Co., Ltd. has a Φ2.4 × 13m cement mill, and the above ball mill belongs to the obsolete equipment.
III. The production license equipment of Zhalute Banner Dongshan Cement Co., Ltd. is one set of Φ3.5 × 13 m. After on-site verification, the actual inner diameter is Φ3.2 × 13 m, which has been adjusted. The list of restricted and eliminated cement grinding production lines in our district
