According to the Catalogue for the Guidance of Industrial Structure Adjustment (2019 version) (Decree No.29 of the National Development and Reform Commission of the People's Republic of China), on the basis of the verification of the League cities and the expert review organized by the Cement Association of the Autonomous Region, On April 19, 2023, our office publicized the list of restricted equipment enterprises in the cement grinding industry. During the publicity period, 13 enterprises had objections to their own equipment and production capacity. After on-site review, the actual production capacity of five enterprises such as Chifeng Huasen Cement Grinding Co., Ltd. exceeds 600000 tons, which is to be removed from the list of restricted equipment.
