The overall construction period of the project is expected to be 20 months. Since the start of construction, through continuous integration and optimization of personnel, technology, equipment, logistics, customs clearance and other existing resources, and independent completion of a number of preparatory work for the project, the construction period has been reduced to 17 months, striving to achieve early production and early efficiency.
Due to the shortage of power supply in Tanzania, which has a great impact on the production of Maveni Company, the second phase of the project has built a coal-fired power station and a waste heat power generation system at the same time. It has a cement production capacity of 118 million tons per year, a cement equipment manufacturing capacity of 50,000 tons per year, and a commercial concrete capacity of 60.1 million cubic meters per year.
