We will encourage the use of electrified equipment, use renewable resources such as wind energy and photovoltaics according to local conditions, and optimize the energy consumption structure. To meet the needs of major projects such as new infrastructure, high-end equipment, new urbanization, transportation and water conservancy, we should speed up the upgrading of traditional materials and strengthen the certification and application of green building materials. By 2025, the proportion of cement clinker above the benchmark level of energy efficiency will reach 30%.
