by Sinoma Overseas in the EP + F mode is located in Kilis Province, Turkey, on the Turkish-Syrian border, only 60 km away from the epicenter of the earthquake, which is one of the worst-hit areas in the earthquake. The KILIS Cement Production Line Project is the second cement clinker production line with a daily output of 5,000 tons undertaken by China National Materials Overseas in Turkey, a country along the "the Belt and Road", in the mode of "financing". The scope of construction is from the crushing and preparation of raw materials to the design and supply of clinker warehouses. The project was started in February 2018 and successfully ignited in October 2019; all assessment indicators were excellent, and the PAC certificate was successfully obtained in April 2020. The construction of the project strictly practices the concept of "quality is life, brand is value". Since it passed the performance assessment and delivered to the owner for operation, the performance indicators have been in the leading position in the benchmarking activities of the Turkish industry, and have been highly praised by the owner and the local government.
The KILIS cement production line project mainly has the following characteristics: First, the quality is excellent and the safety is high. The design strictly implements the foreign contract, the industrial policy of the country where it is located and the requirements of the World Bank, with advanced technology and reaching the international advanced level. The project won the first prize of excellent engineering design of China Building Material Engineering Construction Association in 2020. In the design, the risk of earthquake disaster in Turkey is fully considered, and the seismic grade design is necessary. Optimize the process design, make full use of the site space, reasonably arrange each functional area in the limited construction site, and achieve the fluency and economy of the upstream and downstream process connection. Take a number of optimization measures, for example, the stacker-reclaimer truly realizes unattended storage yard, remote control operation and automatic operation.
