On June 7, Zhangjiakou Shangyi 400 MW Centralized Muguang Complementary Photovoltaic Project , invested by Tianjin Electric Power Construction Co., Ltd. of China Energy Construction Group, was officially launched. The dynamic investment of the
project is 2.47 billion yuan, with a planned installed capacity of 400 MW. A new 220 KV booster station will be built, equipped with a 2 hour 15% capacity energy storage device, and eventually connected to the 500 KV substation in Bashang, Zhangbei County, striving to generate electricity by the end of 2023. The land acquisition area of the booster station is about 27.82 mu, and the leased area of the photovoltaic field is about 14000 mu. Compared with thermal power with the same power generation capacity,
the project can save 218,000 tons of standard coal per year and reduce the emission of various air pollutants, including about 114.65 tons of sulfur dioxide, 596,000 tons of carbon dioxide and 128.26 tons of nitrogen oxides. At the same time, it can also save a lot of fresh water resources and play a positive role in improving the atmospheric environment.
In order to promote the application of photovoltaic technology in building materials and other industries, share and learn from the application cases and experiences of leading enterprises, Digital Photovoltaic New Energy will hold the " 2023 China Photovoltaic New Energy Development Conference " in Chongqing on July 6-7, 2023. Government leaders, technical specialist of photovoltaic industry, scientific research institutions, industrial enterprises and photovoltaic equipment suppliers are invited to attend the conference to discuss new ways of energy saving and consumption reduction, and to promote the integration of photovoltaic technology and traditional industries to achieve new leapfrog development.
