长三角地区原材水泥价格基本完成一轮涨价，但市场需求仍未完全恢复，部分地区企业出货量仅在3-4成左右。江浙沪地区前期工人逐步返乡，相较前几年工人就地过年，今年的工人返岗进度有所放缓。后期市场行情要看工地启动速度，及资金到位情况。其中南京地区C30非泵送含税主流到位价基本在430-470元/方左右，杭州、上海地区C30非泵送含税主流到位价基本在480-500元/方左右。福建市场价格保持平稳，目前水泥价格正在酝酿涨价，混凝土市场暂无较大变动。江西市场也无较大变动，行情持稳为主。
近日安徽地区天气开始向好，需求逐渐好转，水泥价格大面积通知上涨。混凝土方面，为抢占市场，且价格高位，近日有所回调。预计后期受原材价格上涨影响，行情将偏强运行。山东市场原材水泥开始涨价，但新开单较少，落实情况还有待观察。外加目前市场需求恢复有限，部分工地及搅拌站仍未复工，混凝土市场暂稳为主。
