四川金顶2月16日公告，公司拟向公司控股股东洛阳均盈发行不超1.04亿股， 发行价格为4.80元/股，预计募资不超5.03亿元，用于洛阳金鼎环保建材产业基地项目、金顶顺采废石(尾矿)综合利用生产线建设项目及补充流动资金。
2月9日，洛阳金鼎环保建材产业基地项目举行开工仪式。据悉，洛阳金鼎建材环保产业基地是四川金顶集团在洛阳市投资建设的首个项目，标志着四川金顶集团出川向豫、扎根洛阳的战略布局迈出了标志性的一步。
该项目规划用地面积427.14亩， 其中一期用地面积197.12亩，二期用地面积230.02亩。一期计划投资3.2亿元，建设3座双240混凝土搅拌站、一座固废垃圾回收处理站、一座小型污水处理站、中间骨料预处理线、变电站及配套生活办公区域、厂区配套管网、国道接驳交通路网等。二期规划建设原材料生产线、商用混凝土二期生产线、大型PC预制件生产线及配套设施。
项目建成投产后，将提供广泛就业机会，有效拉动洛阳市区西部经济发展，同时去除落后产能、淘汰污染企业，并带动相关环保建材产业投资，在区域内形成高标准、全产业链绿色环保建材集群，打造洛阳市西部环保建材产业链。
