In 2021, China Resources Cement Investment Co., Ltd. ( "China Resources Cement") intends to acquire a total of 51% equity of Hunan Dingtian Economic and Trade Group Co., Ltd. ( "Dingtian Economic and Trade") and Hunan Liangtian Cement Co., Ltd. ( "Target Company") held by six natural person shareholders.
