In order to do a good job of carbon peak in building materials industry, according to the Opinions on Implementing the New Development Concept Completely, Accurately and Comprehensively to Do a Good Job of Carbon Peak Neutralization and the Action Plan of Carbon Peak before 2030, and in combination with the Implementation Plan of Carbon Peak in Industrial Field, the Yunnan Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology took the lead in compiling the Carbon Peak in Building Materials Industry in Yunnan Province. Implement the idea of double control of total carbon emission and intensity, combine with the peak-shifting production policy, and put forward the total emission reduction measures through the combination of total carbon emission control and peak-shifting production time in the scheme to form the operational column content that can be implemented; the carbon emission intensity reduction of cement enterprises should put forward the specific objectives of the 14th Five-Year Plan and the 15th Five-Year Plan; Clearly implement the requirements of energy efficiency benchmark and energy efficiency benchmark capacity index of the Development and Reform Commission, and put forward specific working ideas for the development of green building materials industry chain in Yunnan Province.

He emphasized that the Technical Report should consider the implementation of the annual carbon emission reporting system for key emission units, effectively manage the total amount and intensity of carbon emissions from building materials enterprises, timely grasp the peak and emission reduction situation of the building materials industry, and organically integrate with the relevant system requirements of the competent departments of ecological environment, development and reform; Focusing on the development status of the emerging green building materials industry, parks and products, this paper puts forward specific, operable and guiding suggestions for the structural adjustment of the building materials industry in Yunnan Province, so as to ensure the carbon emission reduction and better development of the building materials industry in Yunnan Province. He hoped that the research group would improve the scheme according to the revised opinions formed at this meeting, combined with the second data groping and key research, and submit it for examination as soon as possible.
