Suspected of illegal mining scene remote, dense trees, strong concealment, law enforcement officers found that the scene should have been stolen for a period of time, the parties to avoid law enforcement officers patrol and take the "ants move" type of illegal mining. At present, the investigation and follow-up handling of the case is still in progress. If the illegal mining is established, the party concerned will face a fine of up to 100,000 yuan, and the stolen mineral products and illegal income will be confiscated.
This is another suspected case of illegal mining seized by Wuming District Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Bureau in less than a month after it seized an illegal mining case in Chengxiang Town on May 7. At present, the Bureau has formulated a work programme to further strengthen joint inspection and regulation of illegal sand and gravel mining, to normalize the supervision of illegal mining products and river sand-prone areas, to strengthen multi-sectoral joint law enforcement and to crack down on illegal mining, with remarkable law enforcement results.
