On June 9, Haitai Xinneng announced that the company intends to sign the Investment Agreement for Haitai Xinneng 10GW-TopCop High Efficiency Photovoltaic Cell Project in Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone with the Photoelectric Industrial Park of Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province. A 10g W-TopCon high-efficiency photovoltaic cell project will be built in the Photoelectric Industrial Park of Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a total investment of about 5 billion yuan and an area of about 300 mu.
Haitai Xinneng introduced that the first phase of the project invested in the construction of 5GW-TopCon high-efficiency photovoltaic cell project , with a total investment of about 2.5 billion yuan , including 1.7 billion yuan in fixed assets. The period from construction to formal operation is 12 months.
In addition, the company also announced the completion of the investment through the establishment of a subsidiary company named Haitai Xinneng (Jiangsu) Technology Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of 500 million yuan.

Business scope: research and development, processing, manufacturing, sales and technical services of solar cells and modules, system equipment; sales and technical services of photovoltaic materials and equipment; import and export of goods and technologies.

The implementation of the project will further improve the company's industrial layout, enhance the company's overall scale effect, not only improve the company's profitability, but also increase the company's core competitiveness and risk resistance in the photovoltaic field, and help the company develop steadily and sustainably.
It is understood that Haitai Xinneng was founded in 2006 and originated from the manufacturing of solar photovoltaic modules.
