In order to standardize the production and use of ready-mixed concrete, strengthen the management of the production and use process of ready-mixed concrete, and effectively guarantee the production quality of ready-mixed concrete, the Quality Supervision Station of Changyuan Housing and Construction Bureau invites senior experts from the domestic concrete industry to hold a special technical promotion course for ready-mixed concrete.
From February 1 to 3, professional knowledge lectures, seminars and experience exchanges were conducted, and on the morning of February 7, on-site operation tests were conducted for the experimental personnel of ready-mixed concrete enterprises. A total of 120 managers of quality supervision stations and quality managers, technical managers, laboratory directors and relevant staff of ready-mixed concrete production enterprises in our city participated in the training and on-site operation test assessment.
This study mainly covers the interpretation of the General Code for Concrete Structures BG-55008 and the latest testing standards; the technical route and trial mix adjustment in the application of mix proportion; the key points of concrete quality control; the selection, mobilization and use of raw materials, the quality control of the production process, the factory inspection and transportation, and the pumping management; Establish a mechanism for all staff to participate in quality control; typical problems and incidents of concrete and methods to avoid them. In the form of combining practice with theory, case analysis and solution sharing, the content of this course is systematically and thoroughly explained in detail, and the theoretical knowledge examination is organized after class.
The training course further strengthened the management of ready-mixed concrete enterprises in production, laboratory and technology to ensure the quality of ready-mixed concrete and promote the healthy and orderly development of ready-mixed concrete industry.
