It is agreed in principle that the waste catalyst produced by the company will be transferred to Datang Nanjing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for comprehensive utilization.

We have received the application materials for trans-provincial transfer of hazardous wastes submitted by your company. According to the application materials and the Reply on Trans-provincial Transfer of Hazardous Wastes of Anhui Tongling Conch Cement Co., Ltd. (Su Huan Gu Han [2023] No.184) issued by the Department of Ecology and Environment of Jiangsu Province, The approval opinions are as follows:
I. It is agreed in principle that 50 tons of waste catalyst (HW50,772-007-50) produced by your company will be transferred to Datang Nanjing Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. for comprehensive utilization, and the transfer period is valid until June 1, 2023.
2. In the process of transfer, your company must strictly abide by the Measures for the Management of Hazardous Waste Transfer, transfer according to the type, quantity and time limit of the approved transfer, strictly implement the system of hazardous waste manifest in the process of transfer, and report to the local municipal ecological environment department within 3 days before the transfer of hazardous waste. At the same time, the expected arrival time and route will be reported to the local ecological environment department.
3. Tongling Municipal Bureau of Ecology and Environment is responsible for the supervision and management of the transfer of hazardous wastes, strengthening the management of the transfer manifest of hazardous wastes, and timely investigating and reporting the illegal acts found in the transfer process to our office.
