East China Materials Co., Ltd. Held 2023 Commercial Mixing Technology Training Course

In order to promote the high-quality development and technological innovation of East China Materials, the 2023 Commercial Mixing Technology Training Course of East China Materials was held at Changxing Base of New Tianshan Cement Training Center from February 7 to 9. 78 technical quality management backbones from commercial mixing enterprises in East China participated in the training. At the opening meeting of the

training course, Pan Jin, deputy general manager of the East China Materials Business Mixing Management Department, made a summary of the technical quality work of East China Materials in 2022, and made arrangements for the key technical quality work in 2023. Dr. Mao Yonglin of Jiangsu Subote New Materials Co., Ltd., Li Qifeng, Deputy Technical Director of Engineering Experimental Center of Guangdong Red Wall New Materials Co., Ltd., and Zhu Qiaoyong, Director of Technical Department of Zhejiang Company of Kezhijie New Materials Group Co., Ltd., are three experts in the industry. They give special lectures on aggregate for concrete, cement particle gradation and adaptability analysis, and mix optimization technology. Six Technical Delegate of

each commercial mixing platform (enterprise) took "Experimental Research and Case of Special Concrete", "Research and Development and Application of C80 High Strength and High Performance Concrete", "Application of 52.5 Cement and Ultrafine Powder in Concrete Engineering". Topics such as "Application of Stone Silt" shared examples of highlights in technical quality control and engineering services in 2022. The trainees were divided into seven groups to conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions on issues such as experience and benefit analysis of raw material mix, fine design method of concrete mix proportion, cost management ideas and key measures, and to form exchange materials. The training course checked and accepted the training and learning results in the form of examination papers.

After three days of training, all the trainees expressed that the technical training course had benefited a lot, not only from exploring new methods and ideas of technical quality management, but also from exchanging and learning from each other, improving their ability, quality and knowledge level. We will take this training and learning as a new starting point, apply the knowledge we have learned to solve work problems in practice, persist in actively innovating and setting an example in our work, and strive to contribute to the construction of a world-class commercial aggregate professional company in East China!
