交流座谈会上，杨丹简要介绍了公司基本情况及发展思路。他表示，公司与金隅冀东水泥合作基础深厚、合作历史悠久。当前公司正围绕“一体化、差异化、国际化”发展战略，积极践行“双碳”战略，系统提升投资能力，全力打造具有差异化竞争优势的一流建材提供商。希望双方能够进一步发挥各自优势，一如既往加强合作，实现互利共赢，推动行业发展。
孔庆辉对杨丹一行来访表示热烈欢迎，并交流了水泥行业的发展形势以及金隅冀东水泥的发展思路。他表示，当前水泥行业处于关键时期，希望金隅冀东水泥与葛洲坝水泥公司能够坚定信心，携手共进，在技术交流、投资发展、管理提升等方面加强合作，共同为行业高质量发展做出更大贡献。
