The documents show that Kuqa Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. and Korla Luyue Sanchuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. will open kilns from February 15 to March 15 (29 days in total) during the peak staggering period. Kuqa Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd. will shut down the kiln from September 15 to October 13 (29 days in total) during the off-peak period, and Korla Luyue Sanchuan Building Materials Co., Ltd. will shut down the kiln from September 1 to September 29 (29 days in total) during the off-peak period.
