A total of 800 MW indicators have been completed, and 700 MW wind and solar project indicators have been allocated. Among them, the 100 thousand kilowatt centralized photovoltaic power generation project in Longxi County has not been allocated.
On January 31, Dingxi Municipal Development and Reform Commission issued the announcement of competitive allocation of the second batch of 100000 kilowatt centralized photovoltaic power generation projects in Longxi County, Dingxi City's "14th Five-Year Plan".
On February 13, the results of enterprise optimization were announced, and the winning bidder was TBEA Xinjiang New Energy Co., Ltd.
So far, the allocation of Gansu Dingxi 800 MW project has been completed. CNBM received the largest number of projects with 150MW. The allocation of other groups is shown in the following table:
According to the announcement on the competitive allocation of the second batch of wind and solar power projects in the "14th Five-Year Plan" of Dingxi City, the wind and solar power projects must start construction before April 30, 2023, and the photovoltaic power generation projects must be connected to the grid before December 31, 2023. Wind power projects will be able to be connected to the grid before June 30, 2024.
Energy storage system requirements: the newly added energy storage of the project shall not be less than 15% of the project scale, and the continuous energy storage time of the energy storage facilities shall not be less than 2 hours. It is encouraged to select the centralized grid-side energy storage mode with better efficiency.
