Solidify the inspection content, standardize the inspection procedures, establish and improve the equipment monitoring and management network, and use monitoring to improve the quality and efficiency of equipment inspection in key posts. By the end of December, the kiln operation time has increased by 393.58 hours compared with the same period last year, and the kiln operation rate has stabilized at more than 99.5%.

Through the transformation of the steel silo of the iron powder silo, the raw material grinding system reduced the phenomenon of material stoppage due to material blockage, the hourly output of the raw material grinding system was flat, and the power consumption per ton of raw material was reduced by 0.2 degrees.

Continuously deepen quality management, optimize formula, improve quality and reduce cost
