On June 5, the Shaanxi Development and Reform Commission issued the Announcement on the Special Fund Project for the Development of Southern Shaanxi in 2023. Shaanxi Zhongtai Material Science and Technology Co., Ltd. was selected for three photovoltaic projects , namely, the annual output of 600000 tons of high-purity quartz sand project, the photovoltaic silicon waste recycling and processing project, and the annual output of 1 million meters of solar photovoltaic special line product upgrading project.

of Special Fund Projects for the Development of Southern Shaanxi in 2023 According to the Measures for the Management of Special Funds for the Development of Southern Shaanxi in Shaanxi Province, The industrial support projects of Hanzhong modern regional central city, the cultivation projects of Ankang and Shangluo leading industries, and the infrastructure construction projects of Southern Shaanxi Park (see annex for details) to be included in the special funds for the development of Southern Shaanxi in 2023 are now publicized. The publicity period is from June 5 to June 9, 2023. During the publicity period, if there is any objection to the project, please give written feedback to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission.
