Cancellation of Mine Safety Production License of a Cement Plant in Jiangxi

Recently, the official website of Chaisang District Government of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, issued the Announcement on the Proposed Application for Cancellation of Safety Production License for Non-coal Mining Enterprises, which mentioned that the limestone quarry for cement in Mingjiawan East Mining Area of Jiujiang Xinshan Cement Co., Ltd. has been approved for construction land, and the production activities of the mine have been terminated. As your quarry is changed to construction land, we hereby apply to our Bureau for cancellation of the Safety Production License, which has been approved. At present, the mine has terminated its production activities. The Safety Production License is now to be applied for cancellation publicity, and the publicity period is 7 days. If there is any objection, please contact the Emergency Management Bureau of Chaisang District, Jiujiang City in time. After the expiration of the publicity period, our Bureau will cancel the application for issuing the license.
