Xiangyang North Marshalling Station Bridge is the control node project of Xiangyang Ring Line Speed-up Reconstruction Project. It is a cable-stayed bridge with double towers and double cable planes. It has two main towers. The towers above the beam surface are 117 meters and 105 meters high respectively. The main bridge is 920 meters long and 37.5 meters wide. It crosses 32 railway lines. The last section of the steel girder is 12.05 meters long, weighs 43 tons, and is 21.95 meters above the ground. It is precisely hoisted in place under the traction of the bridge deck crane. China Railway set up a deck crane on both sides of the T3 and T5 main towers respectively, and the two working faces were suspended to the middle of the span at the same time. The construction process has applied for 216 "skylight points" of railway business lines, which has overcome the high safety risk of business line construction and the difficulty of linear control of steel girder segments, created a new record of "weather-resistant steel girder segmental cantilever construction", and accumulated valuable experience for the design and construction of similar urban traffic projects in China. , and the Xiangyang North Marshalling Station Bridge will complete the rotation construction of T3 and T5 main towers on August 3 and September 20, 2022, respectively. The bridge is the world's first cable-stayed bridge with a new gear-rack multi-point support swivel system, with a maximum swivel weight of 32000 tons, equivalent to the weight of about 700 C919 passenger aircraft, creating a new record of "intelligent swivel construction".
It is understood that the 11th Bureau of China Railway has set up "technical sub-center", "BIM sub-center" and "labor model innovation studio" in the project, under the guidance of Xiangyang Construction and Management Center and Xiangyang Command of Wuhan Railway Administration. Joint design institutes, universities, manufacturers and other units carry out technical research and development, which provides technical support for the smooth progress of bridge construction.
Up to now, the project has achieved technological breakthroughs in "four first applications in China", obtained 10 invention patents, 42 utility model patents, 3 first prizes for national QC achievements, 2 second prizes for national BIM application technology, published 15 core papers, and formed 1 monograph and 2 standards. closure is invested and constructed by the 11th Bureau of China Railway and other units, which will effectively solve the problem that Xiangyang City is divided by the east and west of the railway, and that traffic congestion is caused by less traversing the railway corridor for a long time, thus creating a "half-hour traffic circle" in Xiangyang. It plays an important role in further strengthening the links between Xiangbei Automobile High-tech Industrial Zone, Free Trade Pilot Zone and the central area of the city, and promoting the high-quality development of Xiangyang's industrial economy.
