The Party Committee of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau has decided to appoint Sun Zhiling as Party Secretary and Chairman (Legal Representative) of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Southwest Co., Ltd. and Yin Guangjian as Deputy Party Secretary and General Manager of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Group Southwest Co., Ltd.
