On May 31, due to the expiration of the mining license of Xinfeng Stone Co., Ltd. in Miluo City, Hunan Province, the Emergency Management Bureau of Miluo City, Hunan Province, jointly with the Natural Resources Bureau, the State Grid Electric Power Miluo Branch and the Chuanshanping Town Government, carried out law enforcement actions, issued on-site disposal documents, implemented power cuts in mining areas, sealed up mining equipment, and recovered the Safety Production License. Mining operations in the mining area are strictly prohibited. During the

law enforcement action, the head of Miluo Emergency Management Bureau pointed out on the spot that there were potential safety hazards such as slopes, pumices, cracks and drainage ditches in the mining area of the enterprise, which should be rectified within half a month to ensure the safety of open-pit mines in flood season. Later, the Bureau will follow up safety supervision.

"This year, we have organized a training for non-coal mining enterprises, promoted two rectifications, carried out three law enforcement, and shut down four enterprises." The relevant person in charge of Miluo Emergency Management Bureau introduced that the Bureau will continue to strengthen the safety production inspection of non-coal mining enterprises, and combine with the comprehensive renovation of mine safety production, through identifying a number of risks, eliminating a number of hidden dangers, investigating and dealing with a number of illegal acts, and exposing a number of illegal enterprises, to ensure that the situation of mine safety production in the city continues to be stable and good.
