Recently, Hanzhong City launched an open and secret visit to the "four disorders" of rivers and lakes in 2023. Starting

from early February, three inspection teams were formed by the Municipal Water Conservancy Comprehensive Law Enforcement Detachment, which planned to use a week's time to adopt the "four not two straight" approach, focusing on the inspection of small and medium-sized rivers in 11 counties and districts, garbage piles on both sides of tributaries, stealing sand and gravel, and illegal river-crossing construction. Whether the setting of the long public signs of rivers and lakes is reasonable, whether the telephone of the public signs is unblocked, and the effect of cleaning up and renovating 51 problems that hinder the flood discharge of rivers in the whole city.

In order to ensure the effectiveness of the inspection, the scope of this open and secret visit has achieved full coverage of five municipal rivers, including Hanjiang River, Jialing River, Baohe River, Shuihe River and Jingyang River, and the number of spot checks on other rivers is not less than 40% of the total number of rivers in the county (district). The problems found in the inspection will be handed over to the counties and districts by the Municipal River Chief Office in the form of "one county, one single" to implement the rectification, and the relevant problems and rectification will be notified throughout the city.
