Wang Shengwei, Secretary of the Party Committee and President of East China Materials, attended and delivered a speech. Niu Yanlin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of Sinoma International (Nanjing), Guo Zhengyong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Sinoma Mine, Wang Dong, Vice General Manager of Nanjing Triumph, Zhang Tao, Chairman of Sufei Institute, and Wu Xichun, Chief of Jiangsu Team, attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Diao Guangyu, member of the Party Committee of East China Materials, assistant president, chief engineer and general manager of the Investment Development Department. The leaders and financial directors of four aggregate enterprises, namely,
China Building Material New Material, Chizhou China Building Material New Material, Zongyang Southern Material and Ma'anshan Southern Material, respectively reported the progress, plan, budget estimate and cost of the project. Sinoma International (Nanjing), Sinoma Mine (including affiliated companies), Nanjing Triumph and Sufei Institute respectively reported the progress, problems and suggestions of Chizhou, Zongyang, Ma'anshan and Ruichang Phase II Flux Limestone Project.
Wang Shengwei said that the main task of this on-site meeting is to implement the spirit of the speeches made by Chairman Zhou Yuxian, President Wei and President Xiao at the East China Materials 2023 Working Conference, as well as the important instructions and requirements for the four projects of East China Materials Mine Aggregate Enterprises. Wang Shengwei put forward three requirements for the promotion of the mine aggregate project.
First, we should anchor the annual target and promote production in an all-round way. Ruichang project focuses on mining platform, production line time, wharf corridor connection, cost and quality control, intelligent mine and other aspects, strengthens problem orientation, optimizes production and operation, and strives to complete the annual target task. Second, we should grasp the time node and arrange the project plan. Chizhou project focuses on promoting tunnel engineering, elevated engineering, equipment installation, processing zone and wharf processing zone, shaft adit and other work, inverted schedule, wall chart operations, and spare no effort to speed up project construction. Third, we should promote the landing of the project and realize the profit of aggregates. Zongyang Project and Ma'anshan Project have continuously improved the project construction and achieved the annual profit target by focusing on the internal and external formalities approval, land and forest land demolition, safety facilities design review, mine infrastructure raw stone sales, and full completion and commissioning. In his speech,
Bi Keliang emphasized that, first, we should have a clear understanding of the situation, clear objectives and unified understanding to ensure the smooth completion of the project construction and production and operation tasks of the aggregate plate this year; second, we should focus on the Ruichang project to achieve production standards, fill vacancies and improve, and focus on promoting the construction of Chizhou, Zongyang and Ma'anshan projects; Third, we should strengthen safety supervision, increase the investigation of hidden dangers, implement the main responsibility of safety construction, and ensure the safe and orderly progress of project construction.
At the meeting, Wang Shengwei signed the construction target responsibility certificate with the company's mine aggregate enterprises respectively. The on-site meeting was attended by more than 90 people, including the leading group, middle-level management personnel and relevant office personnel of
East China Materials; members of the leading group of the mine aggregate enterprise; general manager, marketing director and production technology director of the commercial mixing platform (enterprise); the main director and technical director of the Jiangsu Mixing Institute; and the project directors of the general contractor, design and other cooperative units of the mine aggregate enterprise.
