At the beginning of

the Spring Festival, Conch Cement realized that all employees were on duty and made a good start in the first quarter. "At the end of last year, due to the impact of the epidemic, the market fluctuated to a certain extent. After the Spring Festival this year, the company's cadres and staff unified their thinking, and three production lines were put into operation at the same time, with a daily output of nearly 10000 tons." Chen Cheng, Director of Biotechnology Department of Xiangshan Conch Cement Co., Ltd., said that in order to meet the arrival of the peak season, the company recently carried out a detailed overhaul of all equipment to ensure safe production.

At present, the company has built four sets of advanced grinding systems, and synchronously built a wharf with two 10000-ton berths. The organization of shipping cement has been continuously strengthened, and the single-day waterway shipment volume has been rising. While striving to open up the market, Xiangshan Conch also has three major technical transformation projects that are being accelerated, with a total investment of more than 8 million yuan. The project includes three major sections, namely, high-voltage frequency conversion transformation, unmanned loading transformation, and anti-blocking grinding plate transformation in cement mill, so as to achieve the goal of reducing consumption and increasing production through transformation.

"Among them, the transformation project of anti-clogging grate plate in cement mill will greatly increase the throughput of cement, increase the production of cement by more than 10 tons, and reduce the power consumption of the process by 0.7 degrees compared with the same period last year." Chen Cheng introduced that four unmanned loading transformation projects will make the company's operation a big step towards intellectualization and informatization. According to the current good start-up momentum, it is expected that the high-voltage frequency conversion transformation project will be completed in the first quarter, and all technical transformation projects will be completed ahead of schedule in the second half of the year.

According to reports, Conch Cement, located in Xizhou Town Industrial Park, has been committed to improving quality and efficiency in recent years. In 2022, the company's annual cement production and sales reached 4.35 million tons.
