At the symposium, Zhou Yuxian fully affirmed the digital construction of Qilian Mountain Cement, pointing out that the digital construction of Qilian Mountain Cement has undergone 12 years of pilot exploration, upgrading and shifting. Intensive cultivation and excellence in informatization, digitalization and intellectualization construction of intelligent logistics, intelligent financial management and control, production management of subsidiaries, expert analysis of kiln grinding mines, intelligent factory construction, safety and environmental protection not only laid a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise, but also provided reference experience and practical cases for China Building Material Group to promote digital transformation.
Zhou Yuxian put forward four requirements for the digital construction and application of Qilian Mountain cement. First, we should use big data to cooperate with scientific research institutions inside and outside the group to carry out special research and explore new ways to save energy and reduce consumption. Second, we should strengthen the internal coordination of the group and pursue win-win sharing. Third, we should continue to change and innovate and accelerate digital empowerment. On the basis of visualization and explicitness, with the help of new generation of information technology such as AI, we can promote intelligent application, comprehensively improve the digital literacy of managers at all levels, and re-verify the original management mode, management tools and management effectiveness through the logical operation of big data, so as to feed back the fine management with digital thinking. Fourth, we should attach importance to property rights protection and risk provention and control in digital construction.
