Wuhan May Sand and Gravel Price Announced Machine-made Sand About 125 yuan/m3

Recently, Wuhan Engineering Construction Standard Quota Management Station released the price survey and monitoring of major building materials in Wuhan in May 2023. In May

2023, the prices of major building materials showed a downward trend, with steel and cement falling by about 6%, gasoline, asphalt, copper, wires and cables falling by about 3-5%, and sand, concrete, mortar, asphalt concrete and assembled PC components falling by about 1-2%.

The report shows that in May, the price of machine-made sand in Wuhan is about 125 yuan/cubic meter, the price of natural sand is about 219 yuan/cubic meter, and the price of gravel is about 157 yuan/cubic meter, which is about 2 yuan/cubic meter, 4 yuan/cubic meter and 4 yuan/cubic meter respectively compared with April 2023. The decline was about 1.57%, 1.90% and 2.61%.

Price survey and monitoring of

major building materials in May 2023 Steel: The price of hot-rolled Grade III rebar is about 3816 yuan/ton, down about 270 yuan/ton, or about 6.60%, compared with April 2023.

Cement: The price of 42.5 ordinary Portland cement in bulk is about 411 yuan/ton, which is about 26 yuan/ton lower than that in April 2023, with a decrease of about 5.95%.

Sand and gravel: the price of machine-made sand is about 125 yuan/m3, the price of natural sand is about 219 yuan/m3, and the price of gravel is about 157 yuan/m3, which is about 2 yuan/m3, 4 yuan/m3 and 4 yuan/m3 respectively lower than that in April 2023. The decline was about 1.57%, 1.90% and 2.61%.

Commercial concrete: The price of ordinary C30 concrete is about 463 yuan/m3, down about 6 yuan/m3, or about 1.28%, compared with April 2023.

Gasoline: The wholesale price of No.92 gasoline is about 7770 yuan/ton, down 300 yuan/ton, or about 3.72%, compared with April 2022.

Asphalt concrete: The price of fine grain AC-13 asphalt concrete is about 1274 yuan/m3, down 20 yuan/m3, or about 1.55%, compared with April 2023.

Ready-mixed mortar: the price of bulk DMM7.5 dry-mixed masonry mortar is about 323 yuan/ton, down by about 4 yuan/ton, or about 1.22%, compared with April 2023. Copper: The spot price of copper is about 66,200 yuan/ton, down about 3,100 yuan/ton from April 2023, or about 4.47%.

Wires and cables: Prices fluctuate with copper, flat compared to March 2023.

Aluminum: The spot price of aluminum is about 18250 yuan/ton, down about 450 yuan/ton compared with April 2023, or about 2.41%.

Prefabricated PC components: The price of the exterior wall panel of the fabricated solid shear wall is about 3,416 yuan/m3, down by 37 yuan/m3, or about 1.07%, compared with April 2023.
