Jinyu Group Elected Jiang Yingwu as Party Secretary and Chairman

2023, BBMG Group held a meeting of leading cadres to announce the decision of the Beijing Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government on the appointment of the main leaders of BBMG Group: Comrade Jiang Yingwu was appointed as the party secretary and chairman of BBMG Group Co., Ltd. and no longer served as the general manager. The meeting was attended by

relevant municipal leaders, relevant leaders and office heads of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, members of the leading group of BBMG Group, principal heads of headquarters departments and offices, and principal heads of secondary units.   

On the same day, Jinyu Group announced that according to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Articles of Association, the board of directors elected Jiang Yingwu as the chairman of the sixth board of directors of the company, whose term of office is the same as that of the sixth board of directors. Jiang Yingwu Jiang Yingwu, male, Han nationality, born in October 1966 in Wendeng, Shandong Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China, a university graduate, a senior economist and a senior engineer. He worked in Beijing Yanshan Cement Plant in September

1989 and joined the Communist Party of China in November 1992. He is currently the party secretary and chairman of BBMG Group Co., Ltd.   

Mr. JIang Yingwu successively served as the staff member and deputy chief of the technology and quality department of Beijing Yanshan Cement Plant, the cadre and deputy manager of the science and technology department of Beijing Building Material Group Corporation, the deputy manager of the science and technology department of BBMG Corporation, the executive deputy Secretary-General and office director of the building material industry association of BBMG Corporation. Director of Strategic Development Department and Director of Policy Research Department of BBMG Co., Ltd., and Director of Organization Department of Party Committee of BBMG Group Co., Ltd. (BBMG).
