the three parties will rely on the advantages of coordinated disposal of cement kilns in Beijing area of Jidong Cement, the advantages of resources in the plate of Haidian Municipal Group and the advantages of recycling technology in the material recycling company. In-depth cooperation will be carried out in the existing industrial fields such as the disposal of hazardous solid wastes in cement kilns, the utilization of calorific value wastes as resources and the application of alternative fuels, the cooperation of demonstration projects and the promotion and application of low-carbon technologies, so as to jointly build an environmental protection industrial chain integrating the collection, transportation and disposal of municipal wastes and strengthen demonstration projects. We will carry out technical research and industrial demonstration on waste recycling, jointly build a model of biomass recycling in Haidian District to reduce industrial carbon emissions in Beijing, and make every effort to promote the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.
