The latest battery quotation shows that

the price of monocrystalline 210 (150 μm thickness) battery is 1.15 yuan/W, which is 0.09 yuan/W higher than previous quotation; The price

of monocrystalline 182 (150 μm thickness) battery is 1.15 yuan/W, which is 0.08 yuan/W higher than that of the previous period.

Tongwei raised the price of batteries this time, mainly due to the overall strong rebound in the price of photovoltaic upstream links, and then raised the price of monocrystalline batteries. Compared

with the market transaction price, the Tongwei quotation is also in the market price range, which is more in line with expectations. SOLARZOOM think tank statistics show that the mainstream transaction price of monocrystalline large-size batteries in the battery market has risen to 1.13-1.15 yuan/W this week, an increase of about 20% over last week's high price.

In the case of continuous price increase in the upstream, some downstream component manufacturers are slightly cautious in purchasing batteries, so the price increase needs to consider the acceptance of the downstream, and after the price increase in Tongwei, it is expected that the second and third-tier battery factories will follow the price increase. From the perspective of

battery supply and demand, the orders and shipments of domestic mainstream battery manufacturers are relatively stable at present, but the tight supply of upstream silicon wafers still has a certain impact on battery production. Although the upstream silicon wafer sector has resumed production and increased production, it will take some time for the supply to be transmitted to the battery sector, and the supply of raw materials at the battery end is slightly tight, which has a certain impact on battery production scheduling.

As for whether the subsequent battery price can continue to rise, in addition to considering the increase in the cost of upstream raw materials, the corresponding battery enterprises still need to consider the direct acceptance of downstream components and terminals to the price. At present, the downstream components have begun to resume production, and the purchase of batteries is expected to gradually increase.
