from the east gate, the two high-rise buildings on the left side are 37 and 38 respectively, and the front of the building has been surrounded by blue iron sheets. Walking along the iron sheet, there is an unclosed road, and you can clearly see the cracks at the bottom of buildings 37, 38 and 39.
Among them, downstairs in Building 39, two surveying and mapping workers are using instruments to measure the degree of deviation of the building. From the outside, the situation of Building 39 seems to be the most serious. Bricks have been exposed at the bottom of the west side of the building, drainage pipes are clearly visible, and cracks in the grass, the largest crack is about 40 centimeters. residential area, said that on the evening of May 31, after hearing the noise, someone found that a geothermal well tower located a few hundred meters outside the East Gate of the residential area had collapsed, and then the news spread among the owners of the residential area.

Nearly 3000 residents were evacuated
and placed in hotels
around the town from the evening of May 31 to the early morning of June 1. Residents in residential buildings 37, 38 and 39 were told to evacuate quickly. Ms. Wu, who
lives in Building 52, said that at present, all the residents of more than a dozen buildings from Building 37 to Building 52 have been evacuated. At a glance, the bottom of these residential buildings have all been surrounded by blue iron sheets, which are basically 25-storey high-rise buildings.
Night evacuation suddenly, many households did not take too many things, some people came back to get things and even called the moving company. Yao Chenchen, a government worker
in Balitai Town, said that more than 99% of the residents had been evacuated, nearly 3000 people, mostly placed in hotels around the town. Next, follow-up work will be carried out according to the opinions of professionals.
