In 2013, Zhu Qijie invested 50000 yuan to build a 5 kilowatt distributed photovoltaic power generation device. "In the first year of grid connection, the total revenue was 4440 yuan, which completely exceeded my expectations." Zhu Qijie said that the first year's earnings greatly boosted his confidence in continuing to develop distributed photovoltaic power generation, so in 2014 and 2017, he invested a total of 100000 yuan twice, making the total capacity of photovoltaic power generation devices reach 30 kilowatts.
Zhu Qijie admitted that although the investment cost was relatively high at that time, with the help of the relevant support policies issued by the state and Jiangsu Province, he had recovered 150000 yuan of investment in May 2021 through power generation subsidies and the income of on-grid electricity charges, and he had also used "green electricity" for eight years free of charge.
Seeing the favorable situation of the development of photovoltaic industry , Zhu Qijie started to rent other people's roofs for photovoltaic power generation. In 2018, he reached an agreement with Yangzhou Yangtze River Pump Co., Ltd. in Jiangdu City to use its roof for photovoltaic power generation and sell it to enterprises at a discount of 9% of the normal electricity price. In June of that year, he invested 600000 yuan in a new photovoltaic power generation device and began to generate electricity, making a profit of more than 130000 yuan a year through the sale of power generation. At present, he has not only recovered the cost, but also made a profit of more than 50000 yuan. In addition, he also rented the roofs of more than 10 residents in Jiangdu, Gaoyou and Jinhu for photovoltaic power generation.
According to statistics, in the past 10 years, Zhu Qijie has invested nearly 1.1 million yuan to install photovoltaic power generation devices. At present, he has not only recovered all the investment, but also enjoyed an annual investment dividend of 200,000 yuan.
Since becoming "the first person to sell electricity in Jiangsu" in 2013, Zhu Qijie, an ordinary mechanical and electrical installer, has been reported by People's Daily, Xinhua News Agency, CCTV and other media, and has become popular rapidly. He founded Yangzhou Jiehai New Energy Co., Ltd. in 2014 and became a photovoltaic distributor and installer in 2017, engaged in photovoltaic sales and installation projects. In May
2017, a resident in Jinhu County, Huai'an, installed a 5 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation device on his roof. Zhu Qijie obtained the order through negotiation and made a profit of more than 2000 yuan, becoming the "first barrel of gold" after he transformed into a distributor of photovoltaic power generation devices. Later, he installed a 2000 kilowatt photovoltaic power generation device in Yangzhou Jinbaojie Machinery Co., Ltd. in Dinghuo Town, which has become his largest distribution and installation project so far.
At present, Zhu Qijie's business scope has covered Yangzhou, Taizhou, Nantong, Yancheng, Huaian and other districts and cities. The number of photovoltaic enterprises and individuals sold and installed by Zhu Qijie has reached 600, with a total capacity of more than 30,000 kilowatts. On the flat ground, the area covered by photovoltaic panels has reached 240,000 square meters, reaching the area of 30 football fields. Zhu Qijie recalled that in order to connect his photovoltaic power generation to the grid smoothly, Yangzhou and Jiangdu power supply companies, after accepting the project application, specially arranged personnel to follow up the service, do a good job in policy publicity and interpretation, and carefully check and accept, so that the whole process of installation, commissioning and acceptance fully meets the design requirements. At the same time, the tax department helped him issue invoices to the power supply company for reimbursement, and later, preferential policies were introduced so that he did not need to run errands to invoice, he could directly "charge" at home. With the help of
business environment, Zhu Qijie's business is getting bigger and bigger, and it has also led a group of people to get rich. It is understood that from the beginning of his business, he followed his five capable cadres, with an annual income of more than 130000 yuan. Zhu Qijie has also established a flexible cooperative relationship with more than 40 installation workers and implemented a "daily settlement" remuneration method, in which these installation workers work "part-time" for half a year.
