CTMCC Commences Mount Emei Rural Revitalization Road Project

On February 6th, CTMCC broke ground on the Kuhaoping Bridge Construction Section of the Emei Nanshan City Rural Revitalization Road and Supporting Construction Project, marking the official commencement of the Happy and Beautiful Village Road from Shuanghe Village in Dawei Town to Kuhaoping Village (Heiyakou) in Longchi Town. Located in Emeishan City, Sichuan Province,

Sichuan Emei Nanshan Rural Revitalization Road and Supporting Project has a construction period of 670 calendar days. The main construction contents include subgrade engineering, pavement engineering, bridge and culvert engineering, traffic safety engineering, slope treatment engineering, supporting ancillary facilities, etc. The total length of Happy and Beautiful Village Road from Shuanghe Village in Dawei Town to Kuhaoping Village (Heiyakou) in Longchi Town is about 30.025 kilometers. It is designed according to the standard of Class III highway, with a roadbed width of 7.5 meters (the design standard of some special sections is reduced, and the roadbed width is 6.5-7.5 meters) and asphalt concrete pavement. The total length of Kuhaoping Bridge is 255.4 meters, the width of the bridge deck is 8 meters, the maximum span is 40 meters, and the maximum pier height is 42 meters. The bridge deck system adopts the combination of prestressed concrete box girder and prestressed concrete T-beam. After the completion of the project, it will optimize the overall layout of the transportation network of the whole tourism industry in Nanshan, which is of great significance to promote the integrated development of the whole tourism industry chain in Mount Emei, promote the industrial development in the southern region, help the local people to increase their income and further improve their living standards.

Emei Nanshan Rural Revitalization Demonstration Base Project is a major infrastructure project in the strategic layout of the 14th Five-Year Plan of Emeishan City. In the next step, CTMCC's Project Department will take the initiative to integrate into the construction of the Greater Emei Transportation and Tourism Integration Pilot Demonstration Zone, firmly establish the concept of safety first and quality first, and build the project into an excellent project with "owner satisfaction, social recognition and people's reassurance" with "high starting point, high technology and high standard" to ensure quality, quantity, safety and construction period.
