On February 6, the first batch of photovoltaic backplanes, panels and deep-processed special glass products of Inner Mongolia Yujing Technology Co., Ltd. were successfully launched in Zhungeer Economic Development Zone, Inner Mongolia. At the beginning of
the Spring Festival, Inner Mongolia Yujing Technology Co., Ltd., as the largest solar photovoltaic backplane and high-quality special glass deep processing project in the north, has long been a hot production scene in the company. In the forming workshop, the fully automated intelligent production line runs at full speed, and clear and transparent glass panels roll off the production line at a uniform speed. In the finished product warehouse, forklifts and trucks for transporting glass shuttle back and forth. After nearly a year of intensive construction, the first phase of the project has been successfully put into trial production and achieved stable operation. The first phase
of the project is planned to produce 12 million weight boxes of photovoltaic backplanes, panels and high-quality special deep-processed glass annually, and the products are mainly sold to Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Hubao, Eyu and Xiongan New Area. At present, orders from the surrounding areas are full and production is being stepped up. Zhang Jianbo, deputy general manager of Inner Mongolia Yujing Technology Co., Ltd., said.
Under the guidance of the "double carbon" goal, Inner Mongolia and the whole northwest region are accelerating the construction of a new energy industry system. In order to seize a new round of development opportunities, Inner Mongolia Yujing Technology Co., Ltd. has invested 10 billion yuan to build a production line of 52.8 million weight boxes of photovoltaic panels and high-quality special deep-processed glass in Zhungeer Banner in four phases. It mainly produces photovoltaic backplanes, panels, Low-e glass, toughening, home decoration, high-speed rail, automotive glass and other deep-processed special glass to promote the development of new energy photovoltaic industry in Northwest China and fill the gaps in related fields.
"There are no related industries in the whole northwest region, one is to seize the market, the other is to promote the development of photovoltaic and special glass deep processing industry in Inner Mongolia through industry.". Our solar backplane glass is now the widest in the world. We use float glass as the solar backplane. Such products have low price, good quality, high transmittance, and the total yield will reach more than 98%. Our production line is fully automatic and mechanized, from furnace monitoring, to tin bath forming, including annealing kiln, and to the rear of the cold section packing, the automation level ranks first in the world, with a daily output of 1000 tons of glass. A series of advantages can reduce the price cost of photovoltaic backplane and minimize the upstream cost of the whole photovoltaic industry chain. Zhang Jianbo introduced.
It is understood that after the first phase of the project is put into operation, the company will accelerate the construction of the second, third and fourth phases of the project and strive to complete them within five years. After the project is put into production, the output value will be 10 billion yuan, the annual profit and tax will be 1.1 billion yuan, and more than 3000 people will be employed. At the same time, the company plans to build a deep processing production base, and plans to introduce high-tech and diversified deep processing projects in the form of "business investment", so as to form a whole industrial chain from glass production to processing to the use of terminals in 2 to 3 years, and eventually build an advanced modern glass industrial park in Zhungeer Industrial Park of Zhungeer Economic Development Zone.
