This equipment is the largest environmental protection mixing station in the river-crossing tunnel in East China at present, and is also the first environmental protection concrete mixing station with a brand-new concept and a real sense in China.

Walking on the main road of the mixing station of Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel Project, there is no usual noise and dust, but clean roads and lush green vegetation, which makes people doubt whether this is a mixing station? The staff of the environmental monitoring agency conducted a field test on the HZS240V environment-friendly concrete mixing station, and the results showed that the construction noise of the ordinary commercial mixing station was 85 decibels, while the construction noise of this mixing station was only 50 decibels, which was equivalent to the noise decibels of urban residential areas, and fully met the requirements of low noise and environmental protection standards. The silo and inclined belt of the main building of the mixing station are all sealed and sealed, and the spraying dust suppression system is used to completely control the dust in the room, so as to avoid the dust leaking out and polluting the environment. From the appearance, the whole mixing station looks more like a modern office building, beautiful and atmospheric. What is more valuable is that this equipment has a humanized intelligent system, which can recycle the waste water and waste from the cleaning mixer truck, and use the sand separator and slurry recovery system to separate and store sand, cement and other materials, so as to recycle and save costs.

The concrete mixing station covers an area of 19152 square meters, after more than four months of careful planning and construction of high standards, strict requirements and environmental protection, it has completed on-site temporary construction, silo arrangement, mechanical correction, sewage treatment and other links. The model of the existing production equipment is HZS240 V, totaling 2 sets, and the theoretical total production volume per hour can reach 480 cubic meters. At present, the on-site production of the mixing station is progressing steadily and orderly, and the next step is to increase staffing, machinery and equipment, and put them into production in a large area. The successful opening and operation of the concrete mixing station provides a strong concrete guarantee for the construction and production of the Haitai Yangtze River Tunnel Project in the next step, and also lays a solid foundation for the realization of the established objectives of the project.
